We first worked with Darin in 2011/2012. It took us about a year to find our first house. In that year, Darin showed us multiple houses. He was so patient, knowledgeable and directed us in the right path. We then worked with him again in 2022 in both selling our house and buying our current house. Darin's knowledge as a realtor is unmatched. He stands behind his word and never makes you feel like you are being a nuisance. We HIGHLY recommend Darin!

Darin was everything we expected out of a realtor and more. He always did his research before viewing any listings and was excellent at pointing out any issues that we would not have always caught. He wanted us to get the right home for the right price and informed us of what he thought a fair market price was for homes that were either listed too high or too low. Making a commission was never Darin’s goal at the end of the day, it was finding us the right house in the right neighborhood that was what we wanted. We cannot recommend Darin enough and know he will do all he can to find you the right home.

I came into the housing market not really knowing a whole lot as a younger buyer. Darin was able to confidently coach me through the whole process from start to finish and even after closing. I can reach out to Darin at any time and he’ll always help in any way he can whether it’s advice, references, or gathering documents I may have misplaced. Darin is very organized and knows what he’s doing. I had a very broad description of the things I needed in a home but, a specific price range within a certain mile radius and he was able to find us the perfect home. He was able to get us into the first tour of a few houses within a day of them entering the market which really helps out in a sellers market. Darin’s communication skills went above and beyond, anytime I had questions I could call or send a quick text and the average response time was under 30 minutes. Overall I would highly recommend Darin to new homebuyers if you’re unsure about the market and even 2nd or 3rd time homebuyers. The communication and knowledge alone is worth your time. It can be a stressful time touring/making offers/closing. Working with Darin gave me peace of mind between each step in the process and now I have a beautiful home to start the next chapter in my life!

Darin did a fantastic job as my realtor. He went above-and-beyond, helping with everything needed to successfully sell my sister's home at a top price. Besides the normal realtor duties, he climbed up on the roof to help replace damaged roof shingles and clean out the gutters, he brought his truck and trailer - loading up huge piles of discarded items and making several trips to the dump for us, and he coordinated the hiring of multiple workers to help with everything needed to bring the property to top-level sale condition (Painters, Electrician, yard/beach cleaning people, house cleaning people, etc.). Darin was the most committed, conscientious and hard-working realtor I have ever worked with!
